LAW ENFORCEMENT SEMINARS LE-SEM-701 Aggressive Subject Control 6-hour course. This course provides law enforcement officers, security guards, etc. unique instruction on alternative techniques utilized to effectively and safely restrain aggressive subjects without incurring injury to subject or self. LE-SEM-702 Police Baton 6-hour course. This course provides law enforcement officers, security guards, etc. unique instruction designed to increase the proficiency of aggressive subject control utilizing the straight baton. (The straight baton is used as a method of restraint when all other means of restraint has failed and before deadly physical force is necessary.) LE-SEM-703 Handcuffing 6-hour course. This course provides law enforcement officers, security guards, etc. unique instruction designed to increase the proficiency in utilizing handcuffs and other restraining devices. (When dealing with an aggressive subject, handcuffing presents a danger to self.) PHILOSOPHY SEMINARS PHI-SEM-701 Practical Philosophy 16-hour seminar. This seminar inquires into the meaning of human existence; the levels of consciousness; natural law; thought, feeling, and action; the creative, sustaining, and destructive forces in society; and man's function and possibilities. This course also includes opportunities for free discussion. SURVIVAL SEMINARS SUR-SEM-701-A Basic Survival Skills 8-hour seminar. This course is a basic course to increase the student's awareness and build confidence in surviving in the wilderness. Each student will have an opportunity to learn hands-on survival skills. (This course also includes American Red Cross Standard First Aid/Adult CPR certification.)
MARTIAL ART SEMINARS MA-CER-601 Referee and Linemen 8-hour course. This certification course provides the student with the knowledge, rules and regulations necessary to professionally officiate a Bogu Kumite match from both the linemen and referee prospective. MA-CER-602-A Instructor Development 16-hour course. This certification course is for advanced students who wish to become certified martial art instructors. The Course offers methods-of-instruction to be used in conjunction with martial art skills in order to professionally demonstrate martial art techniques and disseminate information to students. MA-CER-602-B Kobudo - M.O.I 4-hour course. This certification course is for the advanced student who wish to become Kobudo instructors. The Course offers methods-of-instruction to be used in conjunction with kobudo skills in order to professionally demonstrate kobudo techniques and disseminate information to students. MA-CER-603 Dojo Management 8-hour course. This certification course will provide the student with start-up business concepts and techniques to better organize and manage their own martial arts school.
